Cancellation Policy

You are allowed to cancel your booking at any time provided that the cancellation notice is communicated to Wavecrest Tours team in writing form. The cancellation will only take effect when we have received your notice in writing to us and will be effective from the date when you received confirmation of cancellation letter by us. 

 

If the cancellation has been confirmed by both parties, cancellation fees will apply according to the following cases: 

 

Cancellation Fees for Day Tour

• 7 Days or Less Before Departure:

  • Cancellation fee: 100% of total tour cost

• 8-14 Days Before Departure:

  • Cancellation fee: 50% of total tour cost

• 15-30 Days Before Departure:

  • Fully refund

Cancellation Fees for Exclusive Tour, Private Tour, Personalised Tour, Corporate Incentive Tour, School or Students Tour, Sport Tour and Pre-wedding Experiences Tour 

• 7 Days or Less Before Departure:

  • Cancellation fee: 100% of total tour cost

• 8-14 Days Before Departure:

  • Cancellation fee: 50% of total tour cost

• 15-30 Days Before Departure:

  • Cancellation fee: 50% of total tour cost

• More than 30 Days Before Departure:

  • Fully refund​

If a tour or other travel service is cancelled by Wavecrest Tours, we will first endeavor to reschedule your tours with free of charge. If this is not possible we will refund you the amount you paid for the tour or other travel service.
